據此前報道，亞布塞萊和皇馬的買斷費為250萬美元，根據聯盟規定，76人最多隻能為他支付85萬，剩餘的需要他自己和皇馬解決。

亞布塞萊在奧運會表現非常出色，最後三場淘汰賽，他在和加拿大、德國、美國的比賽中場均砍下19.67分，幫助法國男籃獲得奧運銀牌。

亞布塞萊是2016年凱爾特人選中16號秀，在NBA效力過2個賽季，合計出戰74場常規賽，場均上陣6.6分鍾可以得到2.3分1.4籃板。
